The product works fine. Just to ket you know you will receive the flush of the Niacin the first few times that you use it, but outside of that, it works fine. Thank you.

I am not sure how to review this supplement, I was looking forward to the energy and cardiovascular benefits, but I am reluctant to take this again after my first experience. I took it not knowing that a Niacin (Vitamin B3) flush was a thing. I took all my vitamins and then went to eat a big muffin for breakfast and was met about 5 minutes later with a tingly warm sensation in my scalp and harms, I started to have a weird sensation all over my body that I had never felt before. I started to turn red, rather quickly and got on my phone to search for Niacin and flushing and everything I could find said that there are two type of Niacin a flushing kind and non flushing kind and that people react to it differently. After about 15 minutes I was covered head to toe with red flush like a bright sunburn. It felt super tingly and some parts were itchy. I read that it could last 15minutes to hours. Lets just say it lasted hours for me and I felt like I had broken a fever and had to wrap up in a blanket because I started to get cold, presumably because I was not flushed with blood in my capillaries anymore. Either way, I am shocked that there is no warning on the bottle, and this dosage is not very high from what the internet states. I am not sure I would take this again and I would warn anyone looking at this the you may flush whole body after taking it, or you may not react to it this way at all from what I read. I am sure that the flushing is not harmful but it was not comfortable. I think the only thing that was good was a feeling of slight euphoria, but the trade off for health benefits was a little skewed.

I love the effects of Niacin pre workout. It gets my face, ears and butt itchy and has me going! I feel like energy drinks should have this in them for that extra "get up and go!" Says it would boost energy, but it does not. Works well for my needs. The only reason its not 5 stars is because its very low dosed, which means this is no longer 100 servings for me anymore because I have to take more than just 1 capsule. Speaking of capsule, haven't had any break in my throat while taking it which is a great plus!
