Do not buy this. At first it worked great and I was blown away at how fast it was, but one day all of a sudden my files were gone. Everything, completely wiped. Without warning, for no reason. I have no clue how this happened. I used ChatGPT to try and troubleshoot how to fix it, I downloaded Disk Drill and tried to recover the files, but it didn't matter. Everything is gone and I could not recover it. I emailed their support and they were fast and responsive which is nice, but their solution was to ship the product back to them so they could try and fix it. As I write this, I have not yet shipped it. I find it frustrating that I have to pay for international shipping (I'm not in the US) for the possibility that they can fix it. At this point I just want a refund but they have not responded to my refund request yet and simply said to send it out. Look, even if it can be fixed I don't care! I'm not risking losing all of my files again! This is very disappointing because I really loved how fast it was, but unfortunately the speed is not worth it if it is not reliable. Hence my 1 star review.

This thing is an absolute beast! I highly recommend it. While the other review mentioned that everything was lost on their drive, that has not been my experience, it has been faultless for me so far. I am a video editor and it allows me to transfer huge media files incredibly fast and I have been working off it everyday since I bought it a few months ago. There are cheaper drives out there with more space but the ability to have sustained transfer speeds are what really set it apart.
