I can’t get this to connect to my WiFi. This isn’t my first rodeo, so please don’t disregard this as someone who’s unfamiliar with smart home electronics. I really wanted this to work since it has a timer feature and the outlets can be controlled separately.I tried this over the course of three days with the Jinvoo app (per the instructions). I see there’s a second app listed here in the Amazon info, so I’m going to try that before making the final decision to returnThe instructions aren’t written in very clear English (re: translation problems) which makes it hard to understand exactly which way I need to reset my device; but I did try to connect with the light blinking fast and slow - neither worked. Unfortunately I can’t find any support contact information in the box/instructions.

This is my first smart power strip so I dont have another to compare the productivity yet. Ive installed (which was super easy btw) and have been using this with my alexa device for around two months now. I have several different lights and a cat heating pad connected to this power strip. Ive noticed that certain outlets will randomly turn off sometimes. My cat finds this annoying as its his heating pad that tends to turn off every now and then. Id definitely not recommend this for something like a fish tank pump as its not dependable in that regard. I do like that you can setup timers within the app to turn on and off certain outlets which I use for lights when Im not home. But Im not in a hurry to buy another as of yet as the dependability is lacking.

I installed these for 3 lamps in my house and electric fireplace. They were fairly easy to install and set up with my Alexa.Unfortunately, 2 of the plugs has already failed. I can turn the lamps on and off with my phone app but who wants to do that? Alexa says the unit is not responding. I tried to unplug and re-plug in and that worked a couple times ad then back to not working. Just need to find a more reliable plug than this one.

This is my second WIFI Smart Strip which i bought recently. I like the way it configures, superb easy. App itself is working as advertised. The most important thing is that it does integrate with Alexa very well and that was my selling point. You can control each power outlet individually however USB you can't individually but as a group. In addition you can turn on/off entire strip. Will be ordering another one soon

Pure garbage. Don’t waste your money. Owned it less than a year and it’s completely dead. It had been shutting off for a couple of months but then you could turn it back on with the app. Now it’s dead and the app reports its offline. Tried sending a message to the company for help but no response. It was good while it worked, with 4 outlets plus 4 USB ports but if it’s only going to last 10 months then it isn’t worth the money.

I got this power strip to use on the lamps in my living room. So far it's been great! It was really easy to setup and has made it really nice to be able to use Alexa to control the lights. The cords for the lamps are behind either a book case or a corner table so it's made it a lot easier than needing to climb over or fumble around behind furniture.

It’s my fist smart power strip to use with my first Echo.The set up was quite a process for a new user like me, but I followed the instruction step by step, it took me around 15 minute. It works well with my Echo and everything work fine so far. There are 4 outlets and 4 USB ports which is great for controlling multiple devices in the same area. I can charge my phone, computers, iPad and my lamp all together and i can control each outlet independently. Very convenient!

Would have given 5* if the app was better, lot of times app shows delay in connecting/providing statusWorks fine with Alexa too. The best feature is the option to operate each plug-in point independently. And more over I got it for 19$ during deal

Barely had it for 2 months. Died today. Too late for a refund I guess. It did work well before it died.

Finally set it up and it was so easy to do. Using jinvoo smart app. Have a schedule function that i use for my lights/lamps

It works amazing and it's really good and you can connect it to google home but you can't control the USBs separately
