Incredible focus with immaculate taste. I usually add a half scoop to a coconut water mix with creatine and BCAs and let me tell you it keeps the pump growing steadily. Dissolves easily and mixed quick. Highly recommend!

Good energy for a preworkout mix. The recommended serving size mix produces pretty strong flavors. The lemon flavor does produce a quite acidic taste in your mouth, not quite as bad as say sucking on a lemon wedge, but you do have that similar feel in your mouth. So if you have sensitivity to that kind of feeling on your teeth, perhaps use a little less powder. The mix is easy to dissolve and otherwise tastes pretty good.

The best pre work out drink out there. The guys know how to do it. It will get you motivated!!!!

I have been using prework outs for years. Have tried umpteen brands and flavors. This particular flavor is the worst I have tried. I'm guessing it's whatever they are using for the "lemonade" part, but it leaves a bitter, nasty after taste in my mouth that sticks around for most of the workout. If it gave me some energy, I could probably tolerate it, but I don't even feel much from this, and it supposedly has 300+ mg of caffeine. I actually feel a bit nauseous 30 or 40 minutes after drinking this mix, and that hasn't happened with any other prework out I have tried in years.

The energy boost is quite noticeable. At $50 per 20 servings it is a bit pricey but it does state it is domestically made at a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility. GPM is a system for ensuring that pharmaceutical products are consistently produced and controlled according to high quality standards.

I love the taste of this, it really does taste good. It does not have any of that sharp taste I usually notice in pre workout powders. The ingredient list shows a solid profile. The caffeine amount is higher than I normally like but this product does not give me jitters. It could be due to other ingredients, not sure. It does help me with alertness and I enjoy the pumps I get while working out hard. Give this a shot, the Blueberry Lemon flavor is very good, I enjoy drinking it.

I had to shake my shaker bottle double the amount that I'm normally used to when mixing pre-workout mixes in 10-16 oz. of water. Be that as it may, giving the powder extra time to dissolve really helped reduce any leftover mixture that I first experienced when drinking the refreshing Intense Energy Booster. The color when mixed looks pink. The shade to me resembles more of a light rose color. Which I'll admit took me by surprise since I was expecting more of a light blue, and or light yellow color since the flavor is Blueberry Lemonade. I did not encounter any jitters from the 325 mg of caffeine, nor any tingles from the beta alanine.
