Works great!! Such a cool gadget especially if you have trouble going to the gym or work from home. Feels heavy and sturdy everything worked perfect it seems really well made. It’s already made so there really isn’t any assembly to do and it fits right under my desk perfectly. I love how you can adjust and control from the remote and the actual unit itself some i’ve seen only have a remote which is inconvenient cause what if u lose it lol. i’ve been burning around 800 calories each day with ease for the past couple weeks now! I use the max speed 12 i actually hope they make one with a higher speed and increase the 15min intervals and maybe a bigger or split screen so we can see more than one mode at a time. Other than that this thing works great a lot better than i expected but i’m glad since its definitely an investment so im glad its a good value especially since i have a ton of chronic pain and can’t put pressure on my left foot due to plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia so this helps me still have some movement without having to ahve the pain of pressure on my foot. Literally lifesaver for me.

It comes with a mat so it won't slide around. It has a remote control for easy access for start/stop, program mode, for/rev and power on/off. The unit also has a built in slot for the remote for storage. I have one in my office and one at home. The pedals are long and wide enough to wear shoes, I prefer wearing my socks when I use it. It has little nubs so your feet don't slide around. It has a LED display that gives you data, time, mode, program, etc. This has helped me with my knee replacement recovery and doesn't make my leg hurt.

This little machine is a game changer! I've been using it for approx. 2 weeks now and already feel a permanent shift in the health of my feet, ankles, legs, knees and upper thighs. With an old knee injury, constant numbness and pain in my feet, and bad circulation in my legs, I was in pain all day, every day, which made it almost impossible for me to walk far or stand on my feet for more than 2 hours, even with a fairly regular exercise regimen.
