I recall using this when I was a nursing student in a wound care clinic. I loved working with it. When my mom got a nasty deep cut, I got this for her as a barrier before applying a bandage. She is usually a slow healer, but her cut closed up within a week. Would continue to use this for cuts & burns.

Nützliches Zubehör für die Erste Hilfe zu Hause und Unterwegs. Ich wünsche jedem, dass man sie nie braucht; aber haben ist besser als brauchen 😉. Bei unserem Haushalt mit Kindern haben sie schon ein paar mal nützliche Dienste geleistet. Ob bei Unfällen mit Inlinern, Fahrrad, Sport… diese fiesen Schürfwunden. Die Antiseptische Parafinbeschichtung verhindert ein verkleben des Verbands mit der Wunde und fördert die Wundheilung. Ich leg sie immer doppelt um sicher zu gehen und leg eine normale Kompresse drüber. Dann Verband drüber und gute Besserung ❤️‍🩹. Wenn die Verletzung etwas größer ist hat der große Bruder in 20x15cm schon sehr gut geholfen. In unserem „Erste Hilfe“ Set für unterwegs haben die kleinen „Helferchen“ einen festen Platz.
