Found this very useful after dislocating little finger. Could progress to the stiffer pots. Has really helped with improving use of finger. Before buying thought it was expensive but well worth it.

Using this for physiotherapy after breaking my hand in 2 places. Physio told me recovery could take up to a year which was a bit of a shocker but these great pieces of quality putty with different resistance should really help. I’m starting on the xxsoft.🤞 my hands function and strength will improve slowly but steadily. I would highly recommend but make sure an expert is consulted prior to starting.

very good to do exercise to recover fingers but the colours are not as described. for me green is more soft than pink.

I bought as a present for our parkinsons exercise class. Great hand exercises with 5 different strengths. The pink (easiest to squash) was much easier for those with complex needs including strokes and advanced conditions.
