They are almost certainly small enough to fit in a guitar cavity (a mated pair is 0.31" square x 1.62" long but these connectors may not be exactly what you are looking for. They are intended for power connections (15-45 amperes) not necessarily low power or signal. I'm sure you can find smaller connectors if low power or signal is you need.
