Great pasta love that it’s made of chickpeas, peas, lentil, and barley flour so doesn’t cause my stomach to be upset and in no way detracts from the taste or quality.

The value was reasonable. Texture is very good. Quality in taste was nice. Cook time not very long. I think the Angel Hair is good for health, it is a lot thinner for smaller portions.

The taste, texture, and cooking time are very similar to regular pasta with the low carb etc. that we're looking for. The price is better than most other options. I've got this on subscribe and save now, just be warned, a case is a lot of pasta!
