I bought this for my eight-year-old granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. My goal was that it would help her spend less time on a tablet or watching TV and it has done the trick. She also brings it when I drive her places. I will definitely buy another one once this one has been completely used.

My daughter loves this. All kinds of puzzles and games for them to do. Perfect when they’re bored or in the evening besides playing video games. Crossword puzzles, mazes, and lots more.

Gave this as a gift and it was a huge hit! The book is full of fun, creative activities that really sparked imagination. Great mix of sketching and guided prompts to keep kids engaged. Perfect for rainy days, travel, or quiet time — would definitely buy again!

My granddaughter loved this on a 4 hour flight to Canary Islands. Such a variety of things to do and keep them entertained.

While the book looks well put together on the surface, the content is just not appropriate for the age group it’s marketed to (girls 8–12). I was really surprised to find words like BOTOX, HAIR DYE, SPRAY TANS, and STILETTOS sprinkled throughout. This is not “smart girl” content, nor is it something I would want to introduce to a child in this age range. At this age, girls should be encouraged to build confidence, creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills — not exposed to adult beauty treatments or fashion. Mentioning things like BOTOX and STILETTOS feels jarring and sends the wrong message about what matters most. I had hoped this book would be full of brain teasers, puzzles, and fun challenges that truly empower and inspire young girls. Instead, the inclusion of these adult-focused terms undermines the purpose and makes the book feel mismatched for the intended audience. Parents, be aware before purchasing — while the activities themselves might be fine, the wording is out of step with what most of us expect for kids in this age group.

I bought for my 15 year old granddaughter and she loves it. So does her 10 year old brother. I will definitely buy one for him. It's full of puzzle, mazes, word searches, etc. We all enjoyed it.
