Ortho Orthene Ant and Roach Killer, 1 lb.

There are two Orthene products with different labeling, Both are 100% effective on fire ant mounds. The Fire Ant uses the chemical trade named asaphate which you can buy by the pound, the Ant and Roach uses a nameless organic compound and is significantly less expensive and easier to dispense being a fine non-clumping powder with a built in shaker cap. The Fire Ant works fast. The Ant and Roach takes longer. Whichever, don’t touch the mounds even though it's satisfying to scratch them open and see thousands of ants swarm, the workers isolate the queen in an emergency. You get the queen, you get the colony.

This is a great product! We are using in tandem with an indoor product. But the indoor product alone wasn't doing it. We live in a mobile home park & the infestation is coming from outside (several neighbors & they are in the grass. Crazy.) We needed something to prevent & kill outside. And we have pets so we need to be careful. This was stellar and will be buying in the future because we will need it! Buy this is your hands a roach problem! (May be used inside as well. We just didn't want it near our cats.)

Didnt work. I found roaches covered in the powder still crawling around. And the powder is hard to clean to clean up.

A few days ago, I bought this product. I saw many roaches around my house but after this product they disappear. with small spoon I distributed it, is very easy. It has smell but not too much. I recommended 100%

Was great to kill fire ants and cockroach. The bad point is that kill others good insects too like spiders or bees.

Omg it really works. It take about 3 weeks for them to clear out of your home. (TIP) Add a bit of sugar and spread in small bottle caps. I definitely recommend.

Lo mejor Que eh podido ordenar para poner en mi hogar, acabo con todas las hormigas y cucarachas en tan solo una puesta. Lo volveria a ordenar otra vez en algun futuro y lo recomiendo mucho.

The roaches ran from the scent. Not sure if I would recommend it.
