Is okay for what it offers. I like how it gives the yoga stap and the knee pads. I think the yoga grips bar is a bit better for pain relief if you are having wrist issues (especially downward dog, cat/cow, any weight bearing poses) but the blocks are an ok supplemental bonus for when you are doing twists or need a regular yoga block for balance. I wouldn't say this would be game changing like the yoga grips bar is, but this definitely is an okay bonus prop and makes recovery from injury practice a little bit easier.Can be awkward at first but once you figure out how to grip it, you can do flow practices as well.

These blocks are great! I love that they have a bit of give to them and are not super hard like the cork blocks at my yoga studio. They are much nicer on my wrists than the cork and I really appreciate the cutouts too, that also helps on the wrists!

I both like and don't like the cutouts in the blocks. On the one hand, it DOES make them slightly easier to grip as you use them. On the other, though, I don't feel they are as stable as a solid blocks, but that may just be me.The included strap and knee pads are nice bonus items, though.Overall, this is a nice yoga set, I'm just a bit on the fence about the amount of weight the blocks can support and remain stable.

Great combo of knee pads, strap, blocks- blocks are comfortable and so is the strap and pads- leveled up my stretching, yoga, Pilates game

I love these Yoga blocks. I can grip them, and I don't put any pressure on my wrist. The support pads are great for the knees.
