It works
Works, I checked it out in a glass of ice water, pressed up against ice, and it stayed at 32. Seems to be made well. Small but easy enough to read. If you need reading glasses to read a book you will probably need them to read the temp. For what you get the price is reasonable.

Worked like a charm
Did what it was supposed to do : ) Got myself a nice boneless turkey from the supermarket for a one man Thanksgiving dinner and this thermometer help ensure that I knew when my turkey was ready (you really can't rely on those suggested cook times).

Nice size, accurate temp!
It took me a surprising number of tries to get an 1) accurate thermometer 2) of a nice size (larger face, but not too large). This one fit the bill! I only wish it was waterproof, my last one got condensation stuck under the lens and I’d rather not repeat that. Simple, basic, no batteries, fine by me!

Accurate thermometer!
Excellent thermometer. I originally purchased this to check if my coffee was brewing at the correct ideal temperature. It is this thermometer came back with a reading of 196 degrees Fahrenheit. Which is perfect. Extremely quick and accurate. Within a few seconds I had my results.

Works okay. A few issues.
Has outlasted previous model. Seems to be a few degrees off. Display shows blank spots on the numbers off and on, where you have to figure out the numbers. Works for what I use it for: as a backup to my Meater and Thermopro remote thermometers, and on meat that's too thin for the remote thermometers. Reads fast enough. Temperatures even out quickly and remain steady, they don't bounce around. Battery life is better than its predecessor. Probe became loose very early on but doesn't seem to affect reading. Probe will twist around. Overall, it's okay. Have used for three years.

Not junk
Works well but make sure you push it way into the food to get an accurate reading. Just the tip isn't going to work.
