This is a nice toothbrush for the price I paid! It only took a little while to charge before I could test it. I made sure to wipe everything off with vinegar first just in case it had any chemical residue. And I rinsed it with a damp rag and dried it before trying it. It has several interesting functions, so I tried all of them a few times. It’s different than battery operated toothbrushes I’ve used in the past, so it felt weird at first. There’s a sensitive cycle for getting used to it and that helped. Otherwise, it might feel “ticklish” on the regular cycle. It seems to do an excellent job and it has a pause feature to remind you to switch quadrants. It’s very easy to use. The instructions are small, so they’re hard to read without magnification if you have senior eyes. Thankfully, it’s not really difficult to figure out. The case is a nice bonus. So are the extra brush heads. The charging cord is a usb type. It should work with an adapter if you don’t have any usb outlets handy. It would be easy to travel with this toothbrush. The case would fit in a normal sized purse or travel bag. It’s not much different than a hard glasses case. And the charging cord and extra brush heads would fit inside.

Works good but it is the most high powered toothbrush I've ever seen. I have to push harderagainst my teeth to even be able to tolerate the high intensity vibration.

This is the best toothbrush ever! It's pretty, the different settings are great. Having so many brush heads is definitely a plus. It feels sturdy enough to be used by my kids. They break their firefly toothbrushes before the battery runs out. I'll get a few more for of these my kids stocking stuffers.

Received item, used a couple of time, went to remove head so it would fit in the carrying case provided and the metal post came right out. No way to insert back in. Returned item immediately and now I get an email claiming I returned a different, WORKING AND RELIABLE toothbrush that I bought 6 months prior from a different vendor! They claimed they were going to charge me back. Had to get an Amazon rep involved.
