Totally recommend
Very tasteless and easy to take. I like that I can take part the dose. It’s seemed to help my well being but I’m simply taking a maintenance dose during the winter months. If this were pills I wouldn’t have taken it as well as I have.

For me it tastes like old cooking oil but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. The drops are convenient as you need very little and can split up the dose.

This is definitely my preferred way to take my vitamin d3k2
Love this as an easy and fast delivery system for my d3 k2. No problem with the taste it's in a coconut oil carrier so it's pleasant with no weird texture and easy to swallow. I felt like I had more energy overall after taking this for a couple weeks, so I would say effective and good quality.
