LG 2 Ton 3 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, AI Convertible 6-in-1, Diet Mode+, Faster Cooling & Energy Saving, 4 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, US-Q24ENXE, White)

Although this is a 3-star power-rating AC, it gets a 5-star review. I purchased it because of all reviews about the low-noise and powerful cooling performance. After installation, I was impressed how effortlessly it was able to cool my room. Even the outdoor unit is so quiet. Of course, if you set the fan speed to max, you will hear the sound of wind in your room. My favourite super-quiet super-cool setting is low fan speed with 18C temperature. There is a viraat mode which can be used to boost the cooling performance to 110% of rated capacity when you have many guests or if you got back home sweating in the afternoon. I don't mind paying a little more for electricity in exchange for this good quality, quietness and performance.

I recently installed this 2-ton AC, and so far, I’m very satisfied with its performance. The cooling is excellent — it quickly brings the room temperature down even during peak summer heat. It operates smoothly, and the airflow is consistent throughout the space, making it ideal for larger rooms or halls.

When we buy a product worth of 50k+ from a reputed brand like LG the minimum we can expect is to have it installed by an LG technician who is good at communicating and does not fool the customer. This installation was outsourced to a technician from DAFFOFILS TECHNO SERVICE who was looking to overcharge on every single item/service and gives an explanation to vouch for the price. He is not even aware of the LG rate card and argues with me on how the extra copper wire is Rs.950 per meter and not Rs.850 per meter. I was overcharged on all items mentioned below:- 1) Copper pipe 950rs/m ( Standard LG rate: 850rs/m) 2) 4 core wire 60rs/m ( Standard LG rate: 60rs/m) 3) Outdoor stand 900rs ( Standard LG rate: 750rs) 4) Drain Pipe 600rs ( Standard LG rate: 70/m) 5) Wrapping paper 300rs ( Standard LG rate: NA) 6) Clamp 200rs ( Standard LG rate: 200rs) Secondly, LG is so pathetic that it cannot provide its customer an outdoor compressor stand , wire plug, and clamp and expects us to buy from 3rd party shops. This is daylight robbery from their front. Never ever buying an LG product again have learnt my lesson this time. Finally, I am expecting a call from LG support for their comments and explanation on all my issues faced on this and if no response it is assumed that the customer is given zero priority and in future no product of theirs is purchased from my end.

Great product

Noiseless and very nice cooling

I purchased it under exchange scheme where old AC was valued at Rs. 6000/- flat. The AC qas in on condition, only cooling was less due to low gas. But the delivery person said that AC was defective, therefore, 2000 will be reduced from the exchange value. He took cash Rs2000/- and said the he will update the value of old AC in the system after reaching office and we will get confirmation of the same at mail. But no confirmation was received. I think we were scammed for Rs 2000 by the delivery person. Later, the installation person was forcing us to buy the stand despite we having stand of the old AC in good condition. AC might be good, but the delivery and installation experience was horrible.
