Great Product
Great product. Size of minis and gel type capsules make it easy to swallow. Worked quickly and effectively. Much better than generic. Slept well and woke with no after effects. Absolutely worth the money and will buy again.

Small and powerful
These consistently work well. I try not to take them every night because I've heard of long-term effects on memory. But they're quite small and easy to swallow (I usually only need one). If I keep usage down to no more than 2 or 3 times a week I find myself sufficiently rested for work, etc. I do find that I need to ensure I get at least 8 to 10 hours sleep when I take them or I feel a bit groggy - - or worse, sleep through my alarm! One point to consider (at least this is how it works for me) I have a busy mind so I really have to ride the wave of sleepiness -- as soon as I get a bit drowsy, I need to be ready to jump into bed (alarm set, teeth brushed, dog let out for a final pee, etc). I find if I push through that first wave, sometimes the window of opportunity shuts, then I'm laying in bed staring at the ceiling, annoyed that I've got chemicals coursing through my body not doing much good. I generally take these for sleep vs pain, but I do have a rotator cuff issue, and wake up pain-free. Also, my BF snores like a freight train and I don't hear any of that.

Works Great with No Morning Grogginess
I've tried several over-the-counter sleep aids and Advil PM Liquid Gels work best for me. I take them 30-45 minutes before bed, and I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep until my alarm. Important tip: make sure you have 6-7 hours to sleep. Best part? No groggy "sleep aid hangover" in the morning! Effective, safe, and great value. Highly recommend!

That's half of what I needed
I bought this because I had fallen and hurt my knees.I know it was difficult for me to fall asleep was it was recommended by my daughter-in-law. Who is a nurse it's helped with the pain but it still doesn't help me go to sleep which I really need
