This yarn is so soft! The color is beautiful and has given the weighted blanket I'm crocheting a sense of depth. It is beautiful and super easy to create with this yarn. I haven't had issues with knots and was a great price!

I love Caron Simply Soft yarns and have bought them in many colors. They work really well for knitting and crocheting. I've used them in single strand and double strand projects and found them always soft and yielding. This black yarn is destined for a multi-color patchwork quilt in which I will feature different knitting stitches as a sort of sampler. There will be black squares as well as black crochet to join the squares and to edge the entire quilt. Getting excited just thinking about starting the project.

I crochet year round and use several brands. Caron is always available making in my go to yarn for lap robes. I generally use #3 weight for baby accessories and am waiting patiently for the return of the Simply So Soft yarn to return.
