Defective Printer
I received a defective printer and the only option was to return it and wait on a refund...and I had to pay 45 dollars in shipping to return a product I couldn't even use. Frustrated that I'm losing out on money because I trusted this seller and even if though they probably didn't know the item was defective there should have been a option for free return on defective items.
