This is a very nice and large heating pad. It works very well, heats up quickly and has a timer. It has six different heat levels, which is nice. I use it on my back at night. It lays flat so you can sleep on it. It has a nice long cord as well. Overall, I really enjoy using this heating pad. The company itself has excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly, and they actually listen to their customers. I would highly recommend this company and their products. My next purchase is going to be a handheld massager from this company.

Not only is the heating pad great, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I purchased this product almost a year ago and recently had a problem with it (after using it on a daily basis), so I contacted the company, inquiring whether or not it could be repaired. They advised me that it was still under warranty, and they would replace it. All I had to do was provide a picture of it and a receipt, which I did, and I had a brand new heating pad delivered to me, and a new warranty "for 2 years", IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Customer service like that is unheard of these days. If I could rate this company with ten stars, I would. Besides standing behind their products, this is one of the best heating pads I've ever owned. Easy to use, gets hotter than most others and I particularly love the belt so I can wrap it around my waist and it "stays" there, and the weighted part of it, so it never slides around and it feels like a "hug". I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I can't say enough good things about it or the customer service. I also own their massage gun and have been very pleased with that and now I know, if I should have a problem, the company will stand behind it. Feels like the "good ole days", when companies stood behind their products and did the right thing by their customers. I know I will be one of their customers "for life". A big "thank you" to the Bob and Brad Company!

Update: the company reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The new pad works well and does get warm. I like the weight of the heating pad as well now that I can use it First of all it was way smaller than I thought it would be. The material is nice and I like that the strap is detachable. However, I received it today, opened the box, plugged it in and set my heat and time preference. I was waiting for it to get warm, I kept turning the heat up a notch at a time but it was barely warm. And then it just stopped working altogether. I tried different outlets, I tried unplugging the cord from the pad and restarting it, nothing. Just got an “E1” message on the controller and it went black and wouldn’t turn on. Even though it was small I was still going to keep it for my neck but now I can’t even do that. Sad to have to return another heating pad

This is a warm and cozy heating pad , heat level is great , love the adjustable settings and it is easy to use and easy to read. i have not used the belt attachment yet but can see it being nice when needed. Quality is great and fabric is cozy soft. you will enjoy this heating pad!

This is my 3rd heating pad and by far my favorite one! I work in a physical job which cause pain daily. I often need some form of relief and do not like taking medication. This arrived on Friday which was fast and on time. I used it for various areas and felt relief quickly. The size covers a bigger area and because it’s weighted it stays in place! The controls are easy to use and the heat distribution is excellent. You can also use the timer so it turns off on its own, rather than accidentally falling asleep while using it. This is a very well made heating pad. It has various heat levels for comfort. The size is perfect for using on lower back or shoulders! And it comes with an optional strap to hold it in place! I highly recommend!!!

I’m not sure what the deal is, this heating pad does not get hot, level six is the same as level 1, for those who are cramping and looking for that soothing comfort this is not it!! Sorry. That time of the month, back, stomach, head, it does not matter this did not do the job!!!! At this point can someone suggest a better heating pad for my family because this did not do the job!!

I’m so excited for my son to use this! His lower back pain will soothe away with the heating pad that heats up easily and the vibration and weighted features should cover his whole lower back. The price was perfect and a great deal!

This heating pad is perfect! The material is smooth and comfortable and it heat pretty good. The thermostat goes up to 6 but we keep it at 4 as it heat enough already. My wife and I are living in Canada and the cold is quite harsh over there. This item is a must have for cozy night on the sofa watching movies.

Not much to say other than I love this thing. Weighted, heated, and auto shutoff. Many people complain about there being no "always on" mode (it's always timed), but for me safety is a priority. So I'm very glad it will shut off automatically every time.

Good heat, good weight, and the strap is convenient. Only complaint is that it heats up -very- slowly.

The weight helps to keep it close. The material is soft and comfortable. It works good.
