Been using Breathe Right strips since 1996. I would not be able to sleep or exercise without them. The product has changed over the years. Mainly, the large size that are not the same material are more readily available. I cannot and have not been able to for about 10 years, acquire these from any of my nearby markets or pharmacies. Seems everyone's noses have grown or no one is alive anymore who possesses a small nose on a small face/head!!! So, I'm glad these are available on Amazon. But, (yep, another but), they seem to sit in the warehouse for extended periods of time, resulting in the adhesive (the most important component of the product) is less sticky. Like it's melted a bit. Since that is the key feature of this product, I would have to say they just aren't as effective as they used to be. But, better than nothing.Breathe ON, ya'll!

This is NOT a new product. I was skeptical, too, but they're perfectly good. The horizontal ("landscape") box is the way it's sold in Europe. They work exactly the same as the ones I've been buying locally for a few decades. Price matched my local Walgreens price (but out of stock at Walgreens). The adhesive is the same and works great. If it's not sticking, wash the sides of your nose with a little soap and water, then dry and apply. Everyone's nose gets oily, that's natural, but it makes the adhesive less adherent.

My husband has been using this product for years. He has a smaller nose and the regular will fit, but this size is perfect. He can’t sleep without them. They stay on all night without issues. This product is the best!

I've used Breathe Right strips for years. I use one every night. I have very narrow nasal passages and they make it possible for me sleep better because I can breathe better. I was so glad to find the small sized strips available through Amazon since they have become increasingly difficult to find locally. Seems most retailers have discontinued all but the larger sized strips, which for me are uncomfortable. I was beginning to think Breathe Right had quit making the small size. So, thank you Amazon and thank you PharmaFrag for making these available.

Bought the larger size first and they really do seem to help but they always partially come off overnight and I wake up with a dry mouth after breathing through my nose for hours. I am a short slender woman with a nose that is not especially large so I tried the Small/Medium size in the hope it would stay on better. It does stay on but somehow it does little if anything to open my nasal passages. I wake up with it still firmly attached but my mouth very dry, which endangers my teeth.
