I have been using these since they first came out and they are fantastic for those of us suffering from stress incontinence. As easy to use as a tampon and they work great. no more pads!The price offered by this seller is ridiculously high. Normally I can get these at the drug store for $11.99-12.99. My drugs store was out of them, the backup place was sold out as well. I had a bunch of Amazon points to use, which reduced the next cost from $22.97 down to under $15.

Well, when I ordered them it said and showed 2 boxes and a total of 20. I got one box. I came back to check and they changed it. I was ripped off a whole box. Aside from that, I can't function without them. If you get a cold that makes you cough, then you know you are cursed. Size one is for light leaks and you still have most control over your leak, size two is for moderate leaks where it's difficult or impossible to stop yourself from leaking, and so on. Try to think about the size pad you wear for leaks. Are you a pantyliner? Then try the size one. Are you buying the pads with 2-3 drops on a pad package? You might need size two. Are you wearing a full leak diaper and changing it often? Go for a two or three. But ALSO, think of what your body is like. Is your who-ha sensitive over a tampon? Size two spreads out ever so slightly larger than a tampon once inside. Also, be sure to insert it in passed your opening so the product goes in in all the way after using it's plunger. Just like a tampon. I currently have a nasty cold. I finally bought more of these and regret not getting more sooner. I was going through a full size heavy duty pad every 20 minutes from my intense coughing. I have size 2 and it's working perfectly as expected. It has also made it so I dont feel the need to pee all the time. I can't wait until the price finally comes down and everyone can afford to buy them more often.

These have been a life saver for me!! They actually work and they are comfortable. My only complaint is that they are expensive for me. Luckily I only need them the week before my period.

This product works well but the cost is ridiculous!! They used to be so much cheaper and this last time I ordered they only sent 1 box of 10 for $48!!!! I will not order again! They are disposable products but at $5 a piece I will find something else.

Expensive

They are effective and one doesn't have to worry about leakage when they laugh or cough. It's also comfortable to wear, more comfortable than a sanitary tampon.
