Fantastic Access Point
Amazing product and very easy to setup. It covers 1200 Sqft, first floor of the house with multiple walls without any drop in speed or signal strength. And ground floor and terrace on 2nd floor with 70% signal strength. Best part is it has a POE adapter and that make it easy to mount on ceilings with a single ethernet cable for data and power. It's not dualband and will support only 2.4Ghz.

Way Better than router
i have tried many routers but their area is always a dead point area in those .... but its coverage is very good (4000-5000) as it is made for hospitality buildings / office .. My home is 4000sqft (land area ) and it covers at a good speed... and also looks clean on the ceiling with no wires visible ... my main router is on firs floor with pack of 40 mbps (give 45-50 mbps mostly) and with same speed on the ground floor withis tplink access point only 2 mbps difference with same....Also can an Be controlled by Omada App and track usage by devicesinstalling by own is not easy.. i got it installed it by an electrician ..ill recommend it especially for big houses , small office & others

Balance between functionality, price and aesthetics.
As you know, APs need to be placed strategically to get the most out of it. Which means putting it right in the middle of your flat or house to get even coverage out of it.This means you need:1. An AP with PoE capability.2. Low profile bordering on invisible if possible.3. Capable of central management if more than one is required on your premises. This TP-Link AP fulfils all of the above.1. It comes with its own PoE injection module if you don't have a PoE switch.2. It's quite slim, white in colour which matches most of the white ceilings.3. It's Omada SDN controller compatible which means you can manage an army of them from just one console. I'm using my Proxmox-hosted Omada SDN controller to provision two APs.The only drawback is that it's a 2.4GHz device which means while it can theoretically provide 300Mbps, normally you get 40-50 Mbps. However, most of the homes that even have broadband would have an internet speed of 50-100 Mbps and therefore, it will act as a bandwidth enforcer not allowing any one device from hogging all of your internet bandwidth. From my experience, these APs can handle 20-30 devices which means, even if your house is small, if you have smart home devices like I do, you can easily reach this limit (I have 40+ WiFi devices in my house). So I've two of these APs in my house so that the load is split between them.Last but not least, this AP does not have seamless roaming (802.11k & 802.11v) which means you may have to toggle your devices' (phone, laptop) WiFi when you move from one AP to AP's area. One star less for that. But I guess, as far as medium-sized Indian homes are concerned, this device at INR 2.5k is well worth it.

recommend. access point way better than signal extender
The media could not be loaded. got at best price on amazon. brck stire was asking for mrp. good and hassle free. 2.4ghz band only. using it with jio fiber. can run 2144p 4k videos simultaneously. giga and 1gbps is a myth. this is more than enough. signal strength not as good as jio router, my mounting is under cabinate so may be..
