This game is a blast to play. So much fun and chaos you can commit in so many different ways. They did such an awesome job because there's so many different elements that make this fun to play and seems to include all the best things from so many other games that were also highly acclaimed. I felt that I was going back a few years when I started playing this but had been interested in it for a long time. So glad I did.. I've played video games for 50 years and realized they do get repetitive sometimes but this one fights that as many ways as it possibly can. The FUN never really seems to end and I find myself endlessly doing things just to create chaos that never even really work on the storyline or missions at the time. Hours of fun.... (In fact I highly recommend the lightning gun for this purpose. But what makes it the most fun is that the lightning will come after YOU And your compatriots as fast as it does your enemies. However this game gives you many ways to escape. If you want to fly you can flly many types of airplanes, helicopters, micro lights your wingsuit or your parachute. You can have airdrops of many different types of weapons or to get more ammo or vehicles The fly drive or just cause more chaos in a fun way. OR you can 'Grand theft Auto' other vehicles or airplanes or even use a tether line to attach and hijack flying helicopters with machine guns and missiles - and then turn them on your pursuers... This also works with tanks and other vehicles. Please keep making these games. Looking forward to a new version of this or anything similar. I have to give this five stars compared to all games I've played throughout the years because too many games focus on outfits and fancy hats. This one is more about the battles and trying to save your own skin. (Oh.... & liberate the people......

Great product

I received the game Monday, and was able to play a bit after it's lengthy install. Then played a lot more this week. Perhaps a total of 10 hours. Here are my thoughts GRAPHICS Let's get this out first. The graphics aren't the best. I've had issues with textures and even animals popping in right in front of me. Compared to the previous entry in the series, it looks like a serious downgrade. The water isn't as pristine, the roads, especially after rain and at sunset, about have me a migraine. I've had vehicles go into a blurry state, even when sitting still. Or found two vehicles spawn in the same location (i.e. the included picture). If it were just the graphics that make or break a game I would give this game 2/5 stars. It can be beautiful. At times. Thankfully there's so much else offered, the graphic fidelity can be forgiven. Plus this can be patched. GAMEPLAY There are very similar activities that veteran players will recognize. From grappling things together, blowing up red things, and parachuting/gliding at will. However missions have changed. Blowing stuff up no longer clears an area. It's still fun, but not required. Also the new grapple system is a little cumbersome at first, but after time it becomes second nature. PRE ORDER/GOLD EDITION BONUSES You will not be able to access the bonus content right away, you'll need to finish a few required missions. But once those are completed, access is given. And it is W O N D E R F U L. The weaponized wing suit is different than the one in the previous game, but still fun to use. The jet makes you feel unstoppable. OVERALL Things may not be what you want at the beginning. But given time to show you what it had to offer, JUST CAUSE 4 will amaze.

I'm arrived very quickly. No, damage item was exactly as described

First off: I pre-ordered with the hopes of getting the "Amazon Exclusive Digital Mini Map" advertised way back in October, with the sequel to one my favorite games. Supposedly, I missed the 3 day promotion period at the end of November. The dates were NOT specified. So, I am not happy with Amazon, and not be pre-ordering anything from them again. Now, on to the game. Yes, the graphics are so-so, and kind of grainy. The motion blur was horrible. luckily a patch fixed that. I am hoping for future patches to further enhance the graphics, without taking away from the game-play. It plays well. I never had any issues with freezing and such. The new features are a lot of fun to play with. Over-all, I really like this game. It is a blast to play. I am hoping for a Just Cause 5, though, with visuals on par with 3, or better, and play as well or even better than Just Cause 4.
