This product seems to work. It's easy to use. Just open and pour. A lot of times we will just use vinegar or bleach but decided to give this a try. Haven't had any clogs overflowing condenser trays.

The packaging feels like it has been produced from a home environment with an inkjet label. The product itself is easy to use and just requires pouring it into your line, waiting and then turning your system back on / or flush to help remove the buildup.
