Bare organics offers great supplements! Not new to this product, just new to ordering it through Amazon. Best used in capsules as it has a strong flavor.

I bought one exactly like this at a Ross store in our area. I loved it; so when it was gone, I ordered a bag online. It tasted different than the other one (It had a slightly sweet taste). So I thought buying this one, because it was the same brand, would give me what I had at first. This one tastes the exact same as the one I bought in the bag. It's not bad; it's just not like the other; which is what I wanted.

Before using this product, do some online research to see if you will have any issues with the ingredients. While I had no issues with them, I cannot confirm if the product helped me. When I finished using it, I didn't order anymore. You can put this product in oatmeal, coffee, smoothies, juices, etc. The lids can be very very difficult to unscrew. So if your neighbors hear you screaming and throwing a tantrum...it's the container's fault, not yours! I reached out to the company that makes the product to let them know that their lids are very hard to unscrew and they weren't much help. The containers have removable labels, this way you can reuse them for other things and they are dishwasher safe.
