Great item I love it

I was taking physio led pilates and my instructor had a professional power plate. I decided after a couple of months to try to get one for home. I get aches in my joints and pain in my lower back (I was having facet joint injections in my lower back). After 2 months of programme 1 (preset programme), 10 minutes a day I feel I no longer need the facet joint injections, my aches and pains used to be every day, now I'm beginning to think they are a thing of the past. Over the moon with my progress. I feel steadier and stronger, more sure footed than I have in the last 8 years! Easy to set up. Full instructions and instructional support offered if needed (I've not used this yet as I've not felt the need but feel reassured it's available). Would recommend. Good size for home use. Good price.

Excellent purchase! Great value for money. Used daily. About 2 years old now still like new. It needs its own postcode (storage room essential) Its functionality is second to none.

I bought this as I suffer from both fybromyiaga and rest leg syndrome I had tried the revitive but as I am shall we say a bigger lady I couldn't feel the vibrations at all a friend who is a nurse suggested the lifepro and all I can say is once I spoke to my doctor to ask if it was ok to use I have finally eased my restless leg syndrome and its heaven to be able to sit without my legs jumping and I can sleep at night

The look of it. Found it a bit hard to understand the instructions at first but once you get the hang it gets easier. Feel better after i have been on the machine and I really think it will do me good.

Heard such good reports for the Lifepro Turbo Vibration Plate (especially from Gin Stephens) and decided to take the plunge. Interested to see the results, specifically for inflammation and stronger bones. Excited for the next few months!

I started out using my platform on the really low settings as recommended for a couple of weeks. I just stood on it and did very gentle movement. Now that I have had my platform for a a little over a month, I often use it twice a day. In the morning I use it on one of the medium programs (working my way up to the 3rd tier settings). I really like to move and dance listening to music while keeping my feet grounded on the base. I move my hips, ribcage, shoulders and arms alternating between mostly straight and more bent knees. For my evenings, I use the platform on a lower setting for more of a relaxation goal and incorporate more gentle Tai Chi type movements. I am doing this for general health and well being with weight loss being an additional perk.

This item is made for use in America 110 volt but the seller provided the transformer.

First Off, I have not been paid or compensated with products for this review. This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this. Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly. We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief. Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. (LOW and SLOW) The first time I used it, I was so tight, but it felt like rusty bolts were getting knocked loose inside - I just went with the flow.
