Great for lazy days.
Quality product especially for lazy days and you still want to get in shape.

Not for building but massage and recover yes
I don't think it's to build muscle but I'm going to use it to recover my muscles. I tried all settings. And lower setting was the best felt like I was getting a massage.

Best bit of kit for lazy workouts!
Brilliant bit of kit, you can charge all 4 modules using the 2x USB cables supplied, each module has various modes with various strength settings so you can focus what you need on different muscle groups, well worth the little cost.
