The Ultima Replenisher electrolyte drink mix has been a great addition to my daily routine. The individual stick packs are convenient and easy to use, whether at home, the gym, or while traveling. Best if used consistently, and usually morning and evening, approximately 12 hours apart. Easily mixed with other ingredients, for example collagen and creatine. Taste is mild and pleasing. Zero calories, and no added sugars.

The Ultima electrolyte packets have been really convenient for me, and I like that each one is easy to toss into my bag for work. This has a very mild taste, but it’s not a bad one. I do have to shake the bottle quite a bit before powder clumps finally break down and dissolve, but I liked this enough to order it a second time. I’ve been struggling with dehydration this winter and these electrolyte packets have helped.

No sugar. No dye. Tastes amazing. Need I say more? Dissolves with a swirl of a cup, too! This is the only electrolyte that kept me alive during the first trimester. Good enough ingredients to share with my toddler too!

I buy this on repeat now because I love it so much! I wanted something low sodium and no sugar and decided to try this over the L.IV brand which I always found very salty and sweet. It would take me ages to finish a drink but with Ultima Replenisher I find myself gulping it down. It's very smooth, less sweet in my opinion, and just overall a great flavor (I buy pink lemonade). I do get lazy when I put it into a leak proof cup and shake it up so at times I have found the odd clump but if I take the time to shake it up properly it's been fine. I can't say much about the hydration aspect but I tend to drink this when I haven't had enough water because I've been running errands or after a workout.

I have tried many Electrolyte products but Última is my favorite one! Sugar free, gluten free, plant based flavors and colors! Tastes great and keeps me hydrated! No jitters, no stomach problems!

Tengo intolerancia al gluten, lo que significa que estoy constantemente deshidratada y sufro de calambres en las piernas todo el tiempo :(. Sin embargo, tanto el suero oral de farmacia, como otras bebidas comerciales que contienen azúcares naturales o edulcorantes me producían un efecto laxante que aumentaba mi deshidratación. Después de probar electrolitos en pastillas y otros productos que no me sirvieron, decidí confiar en las reseñas así como la descripción de ingredientes y alergias alimentarias del paquete. Confieso que estaba muy escéptica y el producto no estaba nada barato, pero me atreví y ahora no me arrepiento. Se los dice alguien que hasta las manzanas le caen mal! No me gustan los sabores artificiales en general (además que me caen mal) pero estoy muy sorprendida con los sabores naturales sin sabor amargo al final. Igual compro otro paquete muy pronto. Ultra recomendable!
