Well worth the money
I needed a dryer rack that would look nice and store away close to the wall, this was perfect. It’s solid, good quality and fit perfectly. Holds the weight and folds up nicely. I use it in my garage to dry throw rugs, overalls. It seemed pricey but wanted something durable so I bought thinking if it’s not durable I will send it back when it arrived I was surprised installed it that day and love it. Husband immediately threw out my old wore out wooden standup one and said “I would have paid 3 times more to get rid of that old wooden trip hazard, that your continue to fuss about”. The install for him was easy but for some the screws going into the wall might be a little tricky but he used an angle power tool attachment on his screw gun that popped them in, I believe all of these hanging wall units might be the same installation so I’m still giving it a 5 star, I don’t see that you need to hire a professional to install it, just find your studs in the wall and you will be fine.

Excellent finish and quality
Just received and installed this laundry rack. I have a few observations: 1. VERIFY THE TEMPLATE. A nice set of instructions and mounting template comes with the rack, but my template would have placed the mounting holes about 1/4” too close together when I compared the template to the unit itself. I would strongly recommend doing your own measurements. 2. Supplied hardware is very good quality. I would note that the heads of the toggle screws are only just barely wider than the keyhole mounting slots. I used the large washers next to the drywall as directed, and then used the small flat washers from the concrete anchors under the screw heads to provide a more secure placement. 3. Finish and function are excellent. The action is smoother when you use two hands to extend or collapse the unit. Overall quality is excellent and installation was easy. I’m looking forward to putting it to use.

A few minor install issues, but great once set up!
Mine lined up with the studs, so I didn't use any of the included hardware, instead using 4 long pan-head screws I've been saving since the Clinton administration for just such a situation. I agree the template isn't very accurate; what I would suggest is you start with just one mounting hole & screw for the upper left or right; with the rack hanging from that one screw, swing it to horizontal and use the actual bracket hole on the other side to mark where you'll drill next. (All this assumes you've done the research as to what's behind the wall in each place to mount to). Also, be wary of the wall-backet edges - I found them to be very sharp, so took off the sharpness with a fine file & sandpaper. Same for the slots in them used for the opening & closing mechanism, plus you could rub a little wax in each so the initial few openings and closings don't feel so rough. The rack itself is nice-looking and sturdy, and I really enjoy the convenience of pulling it out as much as I need to easily hang stuff, then pushing it in to get it out of the way as much as possible while still leaving space for drying. Much better than the old swaying, clunky clothes rack I had been patching up for too long! UPDATE 2 & 1/2 years later, still looks and works great with almost daily use in the laundry room. (for stuff that doesn't go in the dryer (plus - sometimes - extra, dry clothes piled on top from the dryer to free that up)). Did just slightly tighten a few screws, but can't complain about that kind of low maintenance. UPDATE 4 yrs after purchase. One slightly loosened screw tightened by hand. This has to be one of my top Amazon purchases of all time. Does what it's supposed to do every day and still looks new. Could not be more satisfied with it.

Quality product but installation is difficult.
This product is sturdy and decent quality but very difficult to install. The way it is constructed makes it very hard to place the supporting screws, washers, etc. There’s not enough room to get your hands in there and don’t even think about using a drill. It’s good once installed though and the perfect size for drying most articles of clothing or towels. I would recommend it, just be sure you have someone mechanically inclined to install.

Sturdy
Purchased to replace an older wooden (mildewed) wall mounted rack. We took the time to measure so we were sure of fit before ordering (I mean, why wouldn't you?). This rack is great! Sturdy, convenient and I know it will not discolor and/or mildew.

Great little clothes rack.
Great little clothes rack. Folds back against the wall when not in use. Holds quite a few clothes and seems to be well built for the price.

I lu-lu-lu-luv it
This drying rack is great. Based on the fit between the cabinets, you would think that we designed the laundry room specifically for this piece. But it was just happenstance, and, as it is, the size is great. I like that it tucks away and has a quiet vibe while not in use. But when it's time to get to work, she is ready to work without complaint. Great performance, easy implementation, and my clothes have never felt more loved or well cared for. Two thumbs up.
