They cut incredible! Very good quality for the price I bought this set of knives on Amazon and I was surprised by the quality. From the first use it is noticeable that they have an excellent edge: they cut meat, vegetables and bread effortlessly. The handle is comfortable, ergonomic and feels firm in the hand, which makes cooking much easier and safer. They come very sharp from the factory and so far I have not had to sharpen them. In addition, the design is modern and elegant, they combine perfectly with the rest of my kitchen. I also liked that they include a base (or case, if applicable) to store them in an organized way. Without a doubt, a great purchase if you are looking to renew your knives or have a complete and quality set at a good price. I totally recommend them!

I recently got the Carote 12-piece knife set, and it has exceeded my expectations! First off, the design is sleek and modern — it looks beautiful on my kitchen counter and really complements the rest of my Carote cookware. Each knife feels sturdy and well-balanced in the hand, and they are super sharp right out of the box. I’ve used them for everything from slicing vegetables to cutting meat, and they perform incredibly well. The non-stick coating is a nice touch too — it makes cleanup quick and easy.

These are sharp and efficient. Nice color too, matches the cookware! Easy to clean, doesn't stain. The covers are a plus.

I’m really happy with these knives. We’re in the process of moving and remodeling a house and my kitchen goods are scattered all over the place and I needed knives. I had just gotten my hands on a Carote pan that impressed me so much I bought an entire set. So when I discovered they also made knives out of this seemingly miraculous material, I hit the buy button. There’s every size in my knife block here. They are wickedly sharp right out of the box. I especially like and appreciate that they come with blade covers. They are lightweight but powerful, something I really appreciate as I get older. They are the easiest thing in the world to clean. Not only does nothing really stick to them, which makes them a joy to use, but they clean up in a flash. A gentle handwashing is all they need. The handles have a sleek, stylish, modern look and feel, matching the cookware handles as well as my pickled acacia countertops. There’s a knife for different uses, everything from a chef knife, bread knife, veggie knife, and paring knife. There’s even a santaku, which is my favorite knife to use for almost anything. They seem quite durable and with care, only time will tell. But I see no reason I won’t still be happily using these knives years from now.

These are amazing! So beautiful, sleek and stylish. The handles feel silky in your hands. They are gorgeous and fun to use. I love the speckled details on the blade. Very sharp and fantastic knife edge. My only ‘complaint’ is that I wish there was a slightly shorter but wider knife in the set. Will definitely be buying more from this brand.
