Wonderfully effective and affordable OTC sleep aid. Used by senior husband and wife for many years. We adjust dosage to 1/2 or 1 tablet at bedtime daily as needed. No groggy after effects, just restful sleep.

Product works well,takes about an hour for effect to come on,sleep has been better and feel pretty good in morning,no morning groggieness,would recommend to any one having trouble falling asleep,no complaints to mention.

Works great, but not for prolonged usage.
The product works as expected, but for me, the withdraw issues after stopping after several years of use was severe itching. So be careful not to depend on this for too long.

Works great for a good nights sleep
I use these every night. I used to use Melatonin which gave me crazy nightmares. My friend’s doctor recommended these to her as non addictive and she in turn recommended them to me. Really helps me get a good nights sleep. I usually take about 2 hours before I want to be asleep.

Super great value for the price!
These work great! I've tried a lot of different sleep medications, and these are effective and fast-acting, plus the price is unbeatable! I have noticed that there is a slight "sleep hangover" in the first few hours after waking up, so these might not be the best choice if you have to be out the door and highly productive the next morning. But if you can sleep in and don't have to be 100% motivated first thing, then these are sublime!
