Very nice for making gravy - no weird flavors like those 'gravy packets' but you have to add stock.

Perfect product for making and thickening beef gravy and very hard to find - thank you for making this available!

Not really beefy but a good thickener.
I add beef stock to this and it really helps with the flavor. Mix like cornstarch first with water then add to sauces or gravies. It's a good meat browner for steaks and hamburgers,sprinkle a little dry mix on top or the meat before cooking. It's ok but not excellent for taste when used alone. It's not a salted tasting product.

Flimsy box
The box somehow managed to lose half of it's contents into the envelope. The item was not returnable because it was a food item.
