Super cool!
A nice "entry level" astronomical projector. The images are super crisp and clear. I use the northern hemisphere disc the most. I put it on the slowest setting and climb into bed. Puts me out every time! Hypnotic. The walls seem to disappear. If I wake up after the timer shuts it off, the room looks so plain! If you're checking this product out, just step up and get one. Very unique. Super cool.

Better than advertised
What an excellent projector. The clarity is amazing. It transforms your ceiling into a window of the universe. I love it, son loves it, and the wifes tired of hearing us talk about it, lols.

Nice to look at but not that clear
Fun to watch at night like stargazing. Definitely not as clear as I would like it, but fun and relaxing.

Description is false
Description is false. Says that it “comes with three Chrome discs that will never fade, Northern Disc, Constelllation disc, and Moon Discs”. Sadly does not, just empty spots in the box where they are supposed to be.

Game Changer
This little projector is a total game changer. It’s the first home planetarium I’ve seen with a zoom lens, which means you can adjust the image size to perfectly fit your room. That feature alone makes it stand out, but the image quality and build are on another level compared to other compact projectors I’ve tried. The stars look incredibly crisp and realistic—it really feels like you’re looking at the night sky, not just a basic projection. If you’re into stargazing or just want something relaxing and unique for your space, I’d highly recommend this one. It’s easily the most impressive home planetarium I’ve come across!

Really Love This Projector!
Adding a zoom lens to a home planetarium was a very clever idea, this allows the projection of the night sky to fit any room. The projector is well designed and has a solid feel to it. It comes with 3 high resolution star discs that include the Northern hemisphere disc, moon disc, and constellation disc. There are other discs available. The image resolution and clarity are amazing, far better than any of these other small planetariums I have tried.

Nice but overpriced for what you ultimately get
It's OK. I think it is about $100-125 overpriced for what you get. The single 'image' you do get is beautiful but that comes with a (2) caveats. First, the room needs to be pitch black. Zero light pollution. Without that you'll lose the effect of 80% of the stars. Second, some stars will be in focus and others not. No matter the settings of the focus and the size of the projected image, which is adjustable, was I able to get even 75% of the image all in focus. This might be mitigated to some degree with a domed ceiling and/or a very high ceiling (our ceilings are 10ft in the bedroom where this was to be used). Unfortunately, a portion of the stars are always out of focus and without a very dark room (not even a night light or backlit alarm clock) you aren't going to get the effect. Essentially, you have a LED bulb in a plastic housing with a rudimentary glass lens that adjusts focus. It uses a 'disc' or cartridge (remember, you only get ONE and have to buy more and NOT on Amazon) with a picture embedded in it like old school original film or a microfiche type material. Not exactly rocket science. Cool? Yeah, its cool. But it isn't $179 cool. Knowing what I know now I'd pass on it on anything above $49. Maybe if it came with every disc cartridge $179 might make sense but just not worth it outside of that.
