defective products
I purchased in July. When it was opened, the impact wrench would not operate due to loose toggle switch. Both batteries were so dead they would not charge. I did reach out to the seller and was told to go to Milwaukee for repairs. Milwaukee does NOT warranty tools purchased from Amazon or EBay. Also, tools serial numbers indicate they are old tools and out of warranty date time frame. Milwaukee guy said this seller probably buys pallets of returned goods and resells here.

So far customer service by portello’s garage is a zero!
I like Milwaukee products but everything has a bad item once in a while whether it be shipping damage etc. they should make things right so you trust you get what you pay for. So far Portellos garage has not done this
