The bar was what I expected,the weight and feel is good

Updating my review: I LOVE this bar. Great quality and ability to connect to my cable machine huge plus. It has changed my workouts for the better.- -well packaged and top quality construction. you will not be disappointed. I saw some videos showing sketchy fit on benches - I do not have any issues on my standard half rack. fits j-hooks perfectly. Excellent product. glad I paid a little extra to get it. One miss is the center grips could be a little closer for TRICEPS, but no regrets.

The slot between the plates and center grip area is a tad short. In addition, standard 2 inch collar WILL NOT FIT. I ended up looping through and tying a grocery plastic bag inside the collar and it was enough to make it fit. It would have been nice if there was another set of bars in the empty space for additional close grip for skull crusher or close grip bench press for tricep. The bar design allows it to swivel down at time when set, a counter weight at the ends of the grip at tye bottom would have fixed this, a shame it was not fixed prior to sale.Positive note, this isn't so thick it gets in my face when I lift it above my head.Overall it is decent priced and does alleviate some of the load off my injured shoulder and it is comparable to my other Swiss bar. Prior to purchase note the 2 mentioned issue with standard 2 in collar size and it swivels down on rack due to poor design foresight on lack of counter weight to prevent unwanted rotation.

I was on the fence about getting one of these for a while, but finally bit the bullet and went for it. Best piece of equipment I own, hands down (or neutral)!The knurl is great, grip angles are perfect, the extra depth is fantastic, and it just feels so much better to push and pull through. If you are on the fence like I was, you should definitely go for it!

It allows me to do bench press without the fear of injury!

Don’t buy it if you don’t have a rack. I’ll say it was not worth the money, all you need is a basic bar, ez bar, and dumbbells. It is hard to hold the bar in a balenced way when you’re pressing. And it is not so good for your shoulder joint, because the distance between the handle is inappropriate

For years I struggled with shoulder pain and not being able to bench press very much weight. This Swiss bar is a game changer. When I do presses with this bar I don’t experience that sharp pain in my shoulder. Plus, the way it is designed, you can target muscles from many different angles accelerating both growth and strength . I love it, it’s a great tool and a great buy !!!

I was extremely excited to try this thing out. Don't recommend.It is a few inches shorter than a standard bar, barely fits and the plates tend to scrape the rackDoes not come with collars, even though, get this, the bar is SMALLER than 2", meaning your plates aren't flush and most collars will not work on it.Definitely overpriced all things considered. I'd say it's worth $65. Sending back.
