This is a beautiful string of Edison lights. Surprisingly they offer more brightness than some other solar lights that I am using. As far as the lifespan, I have had mine up for over a month and it works very well. All functionalities work very well and that includes having the ability to solar charge or use a type "C" charger. For me it works well daily and I have not had the need to use the type "C". Still it is a good idea if the weather is overcast or you are using them in a more enclosed area. I really don't use it since I set it up to absorb sun all day and it simply comes on at night. Once it comes on, it pretty much stays on all through the night. The wire thickness is strong and durable and affixed to the poles I have them on. although it is 50 feet of wire, I was able to easily string them up along a wooden posts in my yard. I love the simplicity of using no fuss solar lights that once up, they just do their thing. For me this was a big win and I would most definitely purchase again

These lights work great! I barely had the solar panel in the sun for a few minutes and it already charged enough to turn on, which impressed me. The bulbs look just like the pictures and the overall quality is good for the price. The only thing I’d mention is that they’re very long, so I wish I had measured my balcony before buying—but that’s on me, not the product. I gifted them to my parents and it made their backyard feel warms and fuzzy. Overall, a great deal and they look really nice once set up!

These lights are very nice--bright and sturdy; well-made. Five stars for quality. Only four stars given because they do not come with a remote like some other brands do. Nevertheless, they are a good choice if you happen to snag some on sale and the on/off button is easily accessible for you where you hang them. We placed them on the railing of our backdoor stairs and in grandchildren's treehouse. Perfect! Love the USB function for alternative charging; will be able to use them thru all seasons. Happy with purchase.

I put these on my patio. Helpful when BBQing at night. Holding the charge really well. The only thing that would improve them would be having a remote control. I put my solar panel on the fence so it coud get sun and I could reach it to turn it off the last time I needed to take the dog out at night that way I could turn it back in the morning when I take the dog out at 5am

When I first got these lights, I used the USB port to make sure the solar panel was fully charged. Then I set them on my patio (still in the box and original packaging), making sure to power them on and ensure that the solar panel recharged them efficiently every day, for about a week. I did not want to hang them if they were not going to charge and light up as expected (I made that mistake once already). They passed the test! You’ll have to take a look at my pictures to see how I hung them. I’m just putting them on my balcony railing, and was able to determine the space between them based on my preference. For now, the solar panel is just kind of hanging loose, but it seems to be recharging as expected. I have some planters expected to be delivered soon, so I will be able to put the stake in there when the time comes. I ended up hanging these on little 3M hooks. They are super easy to hang. When I first untangled them from their shipping tie ups, I wasn’t sure if they would hang appropriately, as the bulbs seemed to be pointing all over the place. However, after the first night, they fell into place perfectly. I wanted a soft white color, and these lights are perfect. It’s only been a few nights, so I’ll update if things go awry. I’m loving the vibes they bring, and can’t wait for warmer nights to really sit outside and enjoy them.
