Remove the plastic lid before oven use. Always handle hot glassware with dry potholders. Preheat oven prior to inserting glassware. When cooking food items that may release fats or liquids, add a small amount of liquid to the bottom of the glassware before inserting it into the oven. Allow the glass to cool so that it is comfortable to touch before cleaning or installing the lid. This is top rack dishwasher safe. When washing by hand use non-abrasive cleansers.
