No, WHOOP 5.0 and MG aren’t compatible with 4.0 bands. They're designed with a new size and upgraded hardware, so you’ll need bands made specifically for these devices for proper functionality.

Q: I am a current WHOOP Member on 4.0 purchasing WHOOP Peak, what happens to my features that I have on 4.0?

When you purchase WHOOP Peak, all of your features from WHOOP 4.0 will remain the same, plus you will receive access to Healthspan!

Q: How can I charge my WHOOP Peak device?

You can use both the Basic Charger and the new Wireless PowerPack to charge your device. Please note that the 4.0 Battery Pack will not work on your new device.

Q: How do I pair my WHOOP Peak device?

Unpair your 4.0 in Device Settings. Wake your WHOOP by sliding on a charger. Open the app, go to Device Settings>Advanced>Pair a Device, & follow the in-app steps. Blue LED on your device means it's ready to pair.
