The cookie is soft and has a lot of chocolate chip inclusions. The chocolate chips themselves had a sickly stevia after-flavor (I'm not sure if they use stevia in the chocolate chips, but that's just the flavor that comes through, and I've never been a fan of it). But the peanut butter cookie is perfectly delicious, not too sweet, nor lacking at all in sweetness. Has great texture (not crispy, nor mushy--just as a chewy cookie ought to be). They're surprisingly very satiating. Protein cookies/bars have never staved off hunger for me, but for some reason, this cookie does. It's fantastic!"}}]}]}
