I have naturally, nasty, kinky, curly, hair & it takes forever to grow. This is supposed to help the hair so I thought, what the heck. I'll give it a shot. I haven't been using it long enough to notice any difference with my hair, skin or nails but I'm still using it to give it a chance while I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will help promote hair growth too.
