This toothpaste has been excellent. After just a few days of use, my teeth already looked brighter and cleaner, and after a couple of weeks there was a noticeable whitening difference. It does a great job removing surface stains from coffee and food without feeling harsh. quit smoking after 25 years. I have been more than 50 days now without a cigarette and my coffee intake has decreased by 99%. I only drink one cup now in the morning. I've used this before and it worked well. However, I had such bad habits, I could never stay on top of it. Well, I started using again just 4 or 5 days ago. And I have noticed a huge difference already. And now I have changed my lifestyle, I feel that I will actually be able to get a better outcome. So far it's working really well to remove those coffee and nicotine cigarette stains. I have been to the dentist since I quit cigarettes. I've got a few cavities that I will be getting fixed in two weeks. So i'm trying to whiten between now and then. I didn't want to use anything too harsh. This does not make my teeth more sensitive.Some whitening toothpastes can increase my sensitivity. Although i'm not a fan of fluoride. I will use fluoride free toothpaste with hydroxyapatite on a regular basis..I just use this as needed. It does produce good results if you, in fact, are really trying to remove those coffee stains. But if you don't change your habits, it only works so much. Also, it's probably gonna work a whole lot better If you have an electric toothbrush. You're just not gonna get the same results using a regular toothbrush, at least not as fast.
