Back key did not work and I have to buy new one.

We have a Sony Bravia tv and lost our remote. We bought this one and it has worked perfectly, just like it was our original remote. There was no set up required it automatically connected. Buttons work great. Voice control works great. We’ve never had to replace the batteries after almost a year of having it, so it has a great battery life.
