Good fit - great customer service and support!
Installed this on our 2018 Winnebago ERA (2016 Sprinter 3500 chassis). Installation was pretty straight forward with no issues. Fit and finish are very good and it looks like it came from the factory.A little over a year after installation the double sided tape holding the bumpers to the hood protector came off and one of the plastic tabs mounting it to the hood lost it's felt pad. I contact OMAC support and they gladly send replacement parts at no cost.Hard to argue with that kind of customer service that stands behind their product!

Dangerous product -- poorly designed and flew off while we were driving
I have been an Amazon customer for over a decade and have never left a review. But I feel compelled to since this product performed so poorly.The installation was a little suspect but I trusted that since it had some positive reviews, the product must be reliable. So I followed the instructions to the letter. I did notice that when driving, the bonnet would vibrate a little in the wind but seemed to hold its place. Then just after around 30 days of driving, the bonnet came loose while we were driving at highway speeds. It managed to hang on with one clip until we pulled over but it was scary to have this happen while driving on the highway.Unfortunately we only ran into this problem after the 30 day period so the seller is unwilling to issue a refund for the product.

Well Designed
The bug shield covers the entire front of the hood...headlight to headlight. It was easy to install and is held firmly in place.

The directions with the deflector stinks. Tooooo small to read or see.
Looks great. Catching a lot of bugs instead of the windshield. NICE. Watched you tube installation of item. Really simple after that. Catching a ton of bugs when traveling.

Still in business?? No response from vendor. No replacement parts
Had this for almost 2yrs. Many trips. Works fine except over time the retaining clips become brittle and break. Have attempted to contact the company via form on website, phone (several attempts, different times of day, different days, different weeks), and most recently in online chat. All attempts to contact the vendor has gotten ZERO RESPONSE. No answer on phone, no answer to email and in the chat all I got was a "Hello" after waiting for 30 mins after the Hello.Makes me wonder if this is just an inventory sell off and the company is really out of business.
