他のレビューにもあるとおり、たしかにパックが少し乾いたような状態で届きました。 とはいえ、袋はきちんと密封されていましたので、もしかしたら袋内の湿度は目標値どおりだったのかもしれません。 ただ、明らかにこのパックでこれ以上の加湿は難しそうな状態でしたので、ネットの情報を参考にパックを少し加湿して水分を含ませてみました。 ジップロックのフリーザーバッグに精製水とパックを入れ、日が当たる暖かい場所で数日放置しただけなのですが、パック内にジェル状の水分を確認できるようになったので、これで加湿力も補えたのではないかと思っています。 （画像に写っている卵のような物は重り代わりの珪藻土製品です） もし同様の状態に悩む方がいらっしゃれば、参考になれば幸いです。

他の人たちと同じく、乾いたカチカチの状態で届きました。 なんなんでしょうね。日本に持ってくる時に渇くのでしょうか。 まともな品質で届けられないなら販売するべきじゃないです。 密封パックについては、ちょうど良いサイズでそこだけは良かったです。

They are shipping defective products with a no refund policy. The package was hard and rigid; it's dried out and needs to be replaced the moment it arrived. Amazon should delist this seller.

中に入っているHumidorバッグが硬い状態で届きました。メーカーの説明書によると、humidorバッグが柔らかいままで使用するもの。硬くなると、商品が古くて、新しいhumidor バッグを買い替えるべきだそうです。ようは、使用切れの商品が届きました。 商品のレビューの点数が高いなのでびっくりはしましたが、最新リビューを読んでいたら同じことが起きているお客さんはほとんどです。 返品しようとしましたが、返品の対応はしない販売店ですのでダメでした。マジで1300円のゴミを購入しました。 Amazon customer supportに連絡をしたら、customer supportのお陰で返金はできました。
