Clear sound, good battery, great price
Been needing something for a while but didn't want a big clunky thing. Saw the Atom One and decided to try it. It's really small, which is great. Setup was easy just and the sound is clear, not dulled like some others. can hear conversations much better now, even in noisy places like the grocery store. Battery life seems decent so far too definitely a good buy for the price. simple and effective

Better than my prescription hearing aids
I lost one of my expensive (supposedly $3000) prescription hearing aids that I got with my medicare advantage plan and when they said it was $350 to replace it under the warranty, I started shopping for something less expensive. These were highly recommended and the price was excellent. I tried a pair of inexpensive aids last year that I did not like and sent them back. This pair is nothing like those except in price. I have been wearing them for several days now and like the sound better than the expensive pair. No problem hearing what people are saying to me. They stay in place. I am not worried about losing one. I'm wearing them all day without running out of battery power. My daughter did not even notice them until I told her that I was wearing them. I am definitely glad to have them.

Very effective, good quality
Purchased for my mother who has mild/moderate diagnosed hearing loss. She used them the same day and the surprised look on her face was priceless, as she was hearing things she hadn't heard in years. She started out with the settings on low (as recommended) and found that she could turn her television down significantly, and was hearing the sound of her own breath for the first time in ages. Very easy to use. Read the instructions in full, as there are care instructions to follow. Highly recommended.

Great Customer Service
Purchased these as an inexpensive start on a new journey, as I am experiencing some hearing loss. I have not used them much; just "trying them on" so to speak. One earpiece quit working after only a few uses. I called Ally in customer support and she quickly helped me figure out what was wrong. I simply had to remove the ear cup and replace it, and the unit began working again. For the price, these are great. They work well, are small and relatively comfortable, weigh nothing pretty much. I have yet to deplete a charge so cannot comment on battery life, but for my needs at this point they are great and priced well.

They work, are affordable, great customer service
I bought these for my mom. Received in 3 days and straight out of the box they worked great! We can converse without me yelling and the volume on the TV is now where I typically keep (she would double that and still be unable to hear). Needless to say we were both happy, plus the price is ridiculously low which made trying them affordable (fixed income). After about a week and a half one mysteriously didn't seem to be working. We changed wax stops, fidgeted with frequency and volume controls and switched ears. It just wasn't performing properly. Contacted audien and Amazon about replacement. One zoom call and one phone call later a replacement pair is on the way. Customer service ( Muhammad and Ally) were both very helpful and delightful to work with. We would definitely recommend this company and this product

These are superior!
This is my third and best OTC hearing aid. Plus #1: The volume and tone controls are small screwdriver slotted set with an included small plastic tool that I keep in my wallet. The previous units had a small pushbutton on the outer face that got used to push the unit into my ear while simultaneously resetting the controls to a usually loud screeching level. My last pair had a single button that theoretically distinguished between a short and long touch badly which resulted in changing the wrong setting frequently, Very unhandy. This Atom pair I've set once and done.Plus #2: The charging case comes complete with a wall plug and the cable to connect to the plug and charging case. The last outfit I bought did not include the wall plug. I didn't have one except in my car for my cell phone at 12 volts.Plus #3: At least so far not one problem. My Medicare supplied pair through my GM retirement were awful. Though the required trip to audiologist included molds of both ears, the ones I got fit painfully bad. The audiologist insisted that she only could install the ap to control volume etc to my Apple phone and she did so in another room. She then pointed out that only she had password control over the installation. The program is intrusive even when not wearing the hearing aids. I also noted my weekly Apple usage report showed many more hours of use than what I had worn as well as midnight to 2 AM usage when not wearing them and I'm in bed asleep! I think I zapped the ap but I'll check when I return to the audiologist to donate that set to a charity.Bonus plus: These new ones fit much much better and are smaller and actually much less noticeable. The audiologist tried to tell me her outfit was worth $4,000! Two years ago I was quoted $6,000 at my local cataract and laser rented space for the recommended "really good" pair so I guess thousands are possible, but not from me!My only complaint is that the first pair of OTC hearing aids that I got from W...... had a recharging battery in the case that could also charge the hearing aids. I didn't see any kind at my local store recently and would have only bought some if they had the above mentioned controls as opposed to the push buttons. I can easily live without the charger battery and these from Atom are great and I got them by ordering from home. Yup, I'm quite happy.DWG

Remarkable Aid
Audio Clarity is Excellent for its size and price point & speech is distinct even in moderate background noise. For a non prescription device, it Performs remarkably well.

atom one
I guess it is a "hearing aid", but it is an amplifier. It does increase sound volume, relatively comfortable. Battery does last near 20 hours, recharges relatively quickly. convenient case, For the price, it is good device for low to moderate hearing loss.
