I don't believe in hoo-doo, I'll tell you that up front. I am very skeptical of supplements that claim to cure things. My wife and myself now believe this works. My lower legs have been purple for years, after less than a month they are almost back to normal color. It's unbelievable, I think it may cause a looser stool, but to get circulation back in my legs (and other places) it's no big deal. Dr's should recommend this to their patients with slow circulation in their legs. We have subscribed to this from Amazon.

This stuff is amazing. Almost off my blood pressure medication. Just lost a few pounds and I take one in the morning and then one about 3-4 in the afternoon. Blood pressure in both arms about the same 135/80, for 77 years old, that is great blood pressure .

Unfortunately I was unable to continue taking these due to a bladder condition I have so I can't give them an accurate recommendation. I am currently giving them to my husband & if they help him I'll change the rating. They are easy to swallow & there is no taste or burping.
