Arrived on time, great packaging, worked perfect!

I have only had this for 2 days but the problem I was having with heavy horizontal streaking and toner build up on the drum is now solved. A new Brother drum would have cost more than a new printer and I was on the verge of tossing this printer in the trash. So I am really glad to have found this low cost alternative. Installation was a breeze. I was anticipating having to coax the printer to accept a new drum but I just put it in and it was working immediately. If this drum even lasts a half a year it is still head and shoulders a better deal over the OEM equipment. And when it comes time to replace the toner cartridge I will definitely choose GreenCycle.

I've been using this for about a month and so far, so good. The original drum in my Brother printer died around 11,000 pages. This version is much less expensive than the Brother replacement part, and it works fine. The print quality isn't as good as the original, but it is a vast improvement over the broken-down old drum. I am not convinced that it will last 11,000 pages like the original, but we'll see. Be sure to follow the directions for resetting the drum on your machine. I found directions online for my Brother model that were easy to follow and only took a minute or two.

Killer price and it works. Make sure you find the instructions for resetting the drum counter & toner counter in the printer. They both last way longer than brother thinks they should. Just reset counter & keep using. When print quality drops THEN replace & reset counter again.

This worked fine for about a month, then started squeaking. I could live with that, we don't do a lot of printing. Then it started leaving smudges and faded areas - all with the same relatively new cartridge. I'd return it but there's only a 1-month return window. We don't use this printer at all now.

Is not worth the money at all, l purchased this kind to save some $ but unfortunately is not good. I replaced it a little over a week ago and is empty already. Considering l don’t make that many copies per day please do not buy

Excellent product. I will buy it again. The unit fit perfectly and the copies do not run. The are crisp and clear .

I definitely like the cost of the product. I use it in my brother monochrome laser printer.
