the item was easy to install and the previous protector kept on coming loose this one since I put it on is holding without any problems

Best protection ( update)
Great way to protect your $800 Cell phone. This shield broke for some reason, It looked like it had an impact strike and cracked,was very brittle when removed. Never had any trouble in the past . Replacement already on the way. Terrific service and warranty. Replacement broke in two days. Apparently there is a problem with this shield DO NOT BUY.

Too reflective and smears easily.
This protector gets smeared very easily and also very difficult to see outdoors as it is almost as reflective as a mirror. I put it on right before vacationing and missed many photo opportunities as I could not see properly due to such a strong reflection.

Screen Protector
Screen is protected but it is very hard to swipe across the screen when texting. Also you need to press harder on certain areas of screen with this protector.

Fell off phone after 3 weeks
Return window expired 10 days ago, and the screen protector just slid off my phone while I was swipe texting. Wouldn't consider that any reason it would just come off. Clearly not built to last.
