Seem sturdy with a fair amount of stretch
I like to have an elastic going vertically as well as horizontally, for security purposes. This works well. We will see how they do over time. Price does seem a little high, but other companies seem to charge just as much and others do not seem as sturdy to me. Will update if I find they do not hold up as well as I expect. At this point, I do think they will do fine. Highly recommend.

Great Quality
I purchased these for my leather travelers journal, and they are great. The bands are well made and affordable. There is nothing much left to say about elastic bands, so in all, I recommend this item. Your money won’t be wasted.

Great Start
I've only used them for a few weeks but they seem okay. They are not as thick as other bands I have or as tight but seem to hold my books in place well enough.

Didn’t know how to actually use them
This produce is exactly as described, but with no instructions as to how to actually put the things in the travelers notebook. After watching umpteen YouTube videos, I just cut the tie and re-tied it into a hand knot as I couldn’t get the metal clasp off even with pliers. Not the prettiest, but it does work.

Perfect fit for my passport holder!
This was exactly what I needed to keep my passport book closed. Perfect size and tight! Something very simple and so useful, but somehow not easy to find. This seller was all that that there was on Amazon for a simple elastic!Highly recommend!

Fantastic
These are a great size for a month or two of notes for work (or 40 hours of lecture) and they fit in my journal perfectly. Already reordered and put on a three month subscription.

Just what I needed and no nickel on the closure
This is just what I was needing. My biggest concern was that it might have nickel in the metal clasp holding the ends together, but the ones I received tested negative to nickel. Yay!
